We offer a variety of handmade products including hand stitched notebooks, variations of bookmarks, stickers and clay home goods.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom made notebooks take up to 1-2 weeks to be processed. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. If you chose tracked shipping, you’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer domestic shipping within the USA and international shipping to the following regions: the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. For more information on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress. This is only available if you chose shipping that includes tracking.
Can I make a change to my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been submitted, especially if it was a custom notebook. If you need assistance, please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy on ready-to-ship notebooks only which means you have 30 days after receiving your ready-to-ship notebook to request a return.
Custom made is eligible for a return only if you have proof your order wasn’t exactly how you ordered it. Meaning provide screenshots or pictures of your customization and any communication.
